Job Description

To lead and manage sales of realestate. To participate in sale material, proposal development, giving input for market trend, client needs, and develop the sales business plan. Reply client inquiry, arrange meeting, do presentation, negotiation and closing the deal. General duties include: market assessment and initiation, dealing with property owner, contracting and legal documentation, leading and motivating a cross-functional team, task management and tracking, ensuring that website and information are  arranged according to business plan and quality standards, comply guidelines to fulfill local regulations. Production of key project progress reports, management of communication between team, and financial management

Responsibility

Production of key project progress reports, management of communication between team, and financial management.

  • BSc degree or equivalent (BBA, MBA better potential)
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in Myanmar & English (or business level Frence or German)
  • good presentenation, persuation skill, and must have good deal making.
  • Proven relevant experence, with minimum 2 years of work experience in Sales and marketing, and/or Realestate management.
  • hands-on expereince in resolving clients problems, and working with sales activities and able to contract with clients
  • critical thinking & problem solving, financial management skill, conflcit management skill, people management skill
  • consulting skill, strategic thinking skill
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Word.
  • Ablity to contribute to team, self motivated, take initiative.
  • Ablity to manage multiple and varied task, prioritize workload with attention to detail. Certain travel may be needed.
